E.G. Smith Architectural Services is led by Evan Smith, an experienced architectural designer and technologist with more than 25 years' experience across residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial projects in Jersey.
Before establishing E.G. Smith Architectural Services, Evan spent 15 years at JSL Associates, first as its only employee and later as a director of the practice. During that time, he led the design, planning and technical delivery of a wide range of projects across the Island.
E.G. Smith Architectural Services is now a one-person studio. Same drawings, same approach, no overhead between the client and the work.
The approach is straightforward: understand what you need, get the planning and bye-law constraints right, and produce drawings the builder can actually work from.
